You will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of the company by presenting expert financial analysis to senior stakeholders in the and overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of Finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a close knit team of 4
- Compiling commercial financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and presenting to inform strategic business decisions
- Liaise with the Financial Director and external providers on technical reporting matters, demonstrating strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and advice on projects and initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings, driving operational efficiency and financial performance
About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2 years of post-qualified experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for delivering results
- Experience in managing and developing teams is essential
