Customer Service Advisor

CCP are delighted to be working with an existing client who are a market-leading digital-first SAAS organisation, who are expanding due to exceptional business performance. We are supporting them as they look to recruit 10-11 talented Customer Service Advisors on a full-time basis starting on 9th July 2024 in their brand new, state of the art office in Sheffield city centre.

Are you a diligent and hardworking Customer Service Advisor?

Do you want to be part of a new vibrant team looking to achieve the best results?

In this role you will be a key part of the customer service team that supports and fulfils customers referencing needs. You will be on the phones dealing with both inbound and outbound calls, some days you could be dealing with 80+ calls. As well as this you will be using emails and live chat. You will be part of a new vibrant team in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time hybrid working opportunity working from the new office (Sheffield) three days a week and from home, two days each week. The working hours for this role are 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with a possible requirement to work on a Saturday, every now and again (rarely) where you will receive a day off in lieu.

Salary:

£23,575 per annum (OTE £27,175 per annum)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries
  • Making outbound calls to customers referees to gather necessary information.
  • Getting all the references processed from applications, working through ID, credit, income, and residential sections of applications.
  • Ensuring great customer service so the process is smooth and stress free.
