Temporary Governance administration assistant/ Minute taker required to work in our governance team for 6 months and assist the Governance Administration Manager in ensuring the Board and Directors have the support they need.
- To provide support to diarise, arrange and manage a lifecycle of functional meetings.
- Minuting meetings as required and producing action logs.
- To deliver ad hoc administrative duties, as detailed in this job description.
What you'll need to succeed
- Understanding of working in a charity or third-sector organisation.
- Experience of organising and servicing meetings of a variety of sizes.
- Experience in minute taking of formal meetings and providing accurate minutes and action logs.
This is a temporary part time job, working from home with occasional travel to meetings as required.
