Role: Legal Counsel - Engineering

Fantastic new in-house opportunity for commercial solicitors between 3-6 PQE, with a Global business as part of their in-house team. This is an exciting team to join the UK Legal team at a time of strategic growth in the EMEA region.
Our client operates globally and supports vital work across major infrastructure and environmental projects
Joining a small team, the successful candidate's remit will cover both UK and Internationally focussed commercial agreements with suppliers, consultants, Project teams etc, which you will draft and negotiate to a high standard.
Applications are invited from Solicitors 3-6 PQE who can demonstrate experience of working without supervision, and an appetite to undertake broader in-house legal work, encompassing IP, Data Protection, Regulatory, internal compliance and ad-hoc legal queries from the business.
Ideally you will be from a Commercial contracts background, although Corporate, Construction or Projects Solicitors will be considered.
