Salary: £28,000

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Sittingbourne, Kent, has been at the forefront of the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Specialising in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of generic and specialty medications, the company has become a trusted name in both the UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team, production department, quality control, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Communicate with customers regarding technical documentation, order status, and any issues or concerns that arise during production.
  • Utilise advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting, to analyse production data, track KPIs, and generate reports.
  • Assist in quality assurance by organising and managing documentation related to product inspections, test results, and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with production planning to ensure that inventory levels meet production needs without excess.
  • This role requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency of Excel, competent in Pivot Tables
