About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading wealth management firm for a Client Support Manager to oversee a dedicated client administration team, delivering excellence in client service standards. This role is key to fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and process improvement within a regulated financial services setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Culture: Lead by example, ensuring a team culture built on trust, accountability, and open communication.
- Team Management: Motivate and coach the client administration team, supporting continuous learning and aligning team goals with organisational values.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the accurate management of client records, invoices, and income recording, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek to streamline workflows, enhancing service delivery without compromising quality.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with advisors, clients, and key stakeholders, working closely with senior managers to align the team's operations with broader strategic goals.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to FCA guidelines and that Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles are at the core of all operations.
What We're Looking For
- Progress towards a regulated diploma in Financial Planning (QCF Level 4) or similar is advantageous.
- Strong experience in a regulated financial services environment with an in-depth understanding of FCA regulations.
- Proven track record managing a client administration team in financial services, with a focus on high-quality service delivery.
- Proficiency in client management systems (experience with Intelligent Office is a plus).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
