A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Supply Chain Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Coventry with a salary up to £25,500. The Customer Supply Chain Administrator will sit in the sales and supply chain team, with excellent progression opportunities.
Candidates will need previous experience within supply chain and sales within a manufacturing environment and been keen to progress in their career.
Role responsibilities of the Customer Supply Chain Administrator role include:
- Keeping customers informed on the newest products, pricing and promotions as well as upselling products by ascertaining customers' needs and requirements
- Liaising with customers by keeping them informed as to the progress of their order especially in times of delay
- Communicating with customers via phone, e-mail and web to enhance their service experience
- Keeping up to date with processes, procedures in relation to company policy with regards to delivery and returns
- Working closely to assist the Supply Chain Manager and sales team
Role requirements for the Customer Supply Chain Administrator role include:
- Previous experience within sales and supply chain within a manufacturing industry
- The ability to communicate well with others via telephone
- Previous experience using Microsoft 365
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Up to £25,500
This role requires 100% onsite presence
