Our client specialises in audio visual solutions to suit their clients with a predominantly corporate database. They offer projectors including 3D, LCD systems, audio systems, furniture, interactive products, control systems, media walls and VC.
They also have a separate online store, and the role is to develop these leads and customers specifically independently to our client's database. This is a developing and growing area, and they need to ensure they are not missing any customers via chat, contact us or email as they are raising questions about the products on their online store and developing these customers to a level where they are purchasing more than the online stuff and they are fulfilling all the AV requirements at their offices.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in audio visual sales business to business preferably – Telesales and Email marketing
- Customer account management
- Knowledge to quote audio visual requirements
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets made up of leads generated and additionally a target based on the web site-based business increases
- Organisation of opportunities and forecast
- CRM or Bitrix experience preferable but not essential
