As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers with varied inbound and outbound streams.
  • Deliver exceptional sales performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service.
  • Evaluate customers' financial situations to establish their requirements.
  • Present appropriate options and provide the right advice.
  • Be the first point of contact for client queries and concerns.
  • Stay updated with lender criteria and industry knowledge.
  • Understand lending products and their key features.
  • Maximise income generation and recommend loans or associated products.
  • Complete the application process according to compliance and training procedures.

The Mortgage Advisor role includes:

  • Annual salary between £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) with up to £70,000 OTE.

Skills for the Mortgage Advisor, you will need:

  • CeMAP 1 qualification and willingness to work towards full CeMAP qualification.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting KPIs and targets.

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Experience in a target-driven, pressurised role.
