Barista

We are looking for a fast, enthusiastic Barista who can work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about coffee and customer service, ready to handle the bustling atmosphere of a busy café.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffees and other beverages.
- Serve breakfast, snacks, and lunch items to customers.
- Handle food packaging and labelling with precision.
- Operate the till and manage transactions efficiently.
- Check, rotate, and store deliveries following proper procedures.
- Assist kitchen staff with the preparation of catering orders.
- Perform cleaning duties according to the scheduled plan to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a café, takeaway, or deli.
- Barista training and proven ability to make specialty coffee.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
