An opportunity to join a founder led business that has grown over time in West London. They have recently invested in NetSuite to upgrade their current general ledger system and are working with consultants to complete the implementation. You will take a lead on moving the business from Sage to NetSuite.
Reporting to the CFO, and working closely with the Financial Controller, you will migrate data and manage the project. You will start a few months before the go live date and stay post implementation. The current finance team have already made a start but now feel they need someone who knows NetSuite to ensure its success.
The project will be involve mapping the data across, communicating between different stakeholders and managing the timelines. Post implementation you will be training the users, and ideally you will leave the business with a new suite of reports that are more efficient and value-add.

Responsibilities
- To lead the implementation from Sage to NetSuite for Finance.
- Setting out and monitoring progress toward project milestones.
- Identifying risks and opportunities from reviewing finance and contract & project data.
- Business partner with the Management Team, Software developers and Finance Teams to improve process efficiencies and ensure data issues are resolved quickly.
- Data migration from Sage L50 to Netsuite.
- Working closely with the CFO and FC to design new reports for accounting and finance.
- Liaising with external consultants and Netsuite support.
- Complete end to end user acceptance testing.
- Be a system super user to transition knowledge and complete end user training on Netsuite.
- Lead post go-live process improvement.
- Create a process manual.
Skills & Experience
- A Qualified Accountant (or QBE) with finance systems implementation experience.
- Experience in business partnering with finance, senior management and IT.
- Ability to take ownership of the project and see it through to completion.
- You will be detailed and 'hands on' as well as understanding the big picture.
- Netsuite experience is essential.
