Our client, a leading and innovative provider of community healthcare services, is seeking a highly skilled Derm GPwSI/GPwER to join their team in Aylesbury.

This forward-thinking organisation supports both primary and secondary care services, delivering high-quality Dermatology, ENT, and Audiology care to patients referred from GP practices and NHS Trusts.

Role: Derm GPwSI/GPwER
Department: Community Dermatology
Location: Aylesbury
Days Available: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (or similar)
Rate: £100 per hour

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert dermatology care for adult patients, managing both new referrals and follow-up cases.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage skin conditions, including performing minor dermatological procedures.
  • Maintain the highest clinical standards in all consultations, upholding evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring integrated service delivery.
  • Participate in clinical audits to support continuous service improvement.
  • Attend regular team meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making.

**Candidate Profile:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach to care.
  • Clinical Expertise: Extensive experience in dermatology, including minor surgical procedures, within a UK healthcare setting.
  • Professional Registration: Fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) with dermatology specialisation or significant experience in dermatology care.
  • Training Compliance: Up-to-date with all mandatory training requirements.

**Essential Qualifications and Requirements (Medical and Nursing):

  • Medical Degree: MBBS/MBChB (or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
  • Dermatology Certification: Relevant qualifications or experience in dermatology.
  • Evidence-Based Practice: Strong knowledge of dermatology guidelines and current best practices.
  • Mandatory Training: All required healthcare certifications and mandatory training are current.
