We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client based in Wolverhampton as a Sales Support Administrator. This role involves delivering top-notch customer service and generating leads for our sales team.

Ideal for: Individuals looking to start their career in sales, with opportunities for progression into Sales or Transport roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting transport checks
  • Informing customers about deliveries
  • Inputting customer purchase orders
  • Generating new tenders
  • Sending out introduction letters and merchandise
  • Collating management information for reporting
  • Identifying new companies for business opportunities
  • Arranging and attending meetings with suppliers and customers alongside sales representatives

Requirements:

  • Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in outbound calls or similar sales/customer service roles is beneficial but not essential
