£30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Successful Candidate Will Have/Be:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in telephone sales (face-to-face experience is beneficial).
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales roles involving outgoing calls (this is not an ‘order taker' role).
  • Experience in warm and cold calling.
  • Ability to manage and progress individual sales processes.
  • Experience in marketing/media sales is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of or personal interest in the electronics industry will be beneficial.

Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To:

Achieve the agreed target revenue for multi-platform products by:

    • Meeting or exceeding revenue, yield, and activity targets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new customers.

  • Maintaining an excellent standard of product, market, industry, and business knowledge.

  • Providing a high standard of customer service.

  • Contributing ideas for generating additional revenue.

  • Completing and processing order confirmations efficiently and promptly.

2. Team Contribution:

  • Support team activities and initiatives with enthusiasm.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal departments and customers.
  • Actively participate in sales initiatives.

3. Sales Area, Department, and Process Management:

  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
  • Keep thorough activity records and reports.
  • Work closely with production to ensure all advertising copy is received on time and meets current requirements.

Performance Measures:

  • Achieve agreed minimum standards for revenue delivery, yield levels, and sales activity rates.
  • Identify and develop new business accounts.
  • Expand existing accounts into other media channels.
  • Maintain high standards in written and verbal communications.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ensure quality and punctuality in administration and query handling.
