Senior HRIS Data Analyst (SucessFactors)
Are you certified in SAP SuccessFactors? Do you have extensive SuccessFactors experience? Are you looking for a role to allow you roll our HR platforms across 23 different countries?
If yes, then I have the perfect role for you, we are currently looking for a senior HRIS Data Analyst to support the delivery of the HRIS System to the Adriatic Region (4000 Employees). As well as support the HRIS team in the operational delivery of various HR systems and processes across Nomad Foods. This will include providing day-to-day data maintenance and systems support, producing accurate and timely reports to support the wider HR community, and implementing new systems and processes which support the Group HR strategy. This role has a broad scope and impacts all parts of the Nomad estate. Due to the nature of the role, the post-holder must ensure confidentiality of the critical and sensitive data held within our HR systems.
Key responsibilities
Manage the roll our of any process improvement related to HR systems collaborating with Group IT and external support partners.
- Support data governance processes, including providing evidence for quarterly SOX controls as required.
- Involved in data gathering, manipulation, and analysis, providing proposals and recommendations based on key analytical information and data driven insights, plus data cleansing at every opportunity.
- Lead investigations, and resolution to problems, undertake root cause analysis, develop proposed solutions, and provide consultation to key stakeholders to evaluate options and determine the preferred solution.
About you
We are looking for Senior HRIS data analyst with at least 2 years' experience delivering and improving HR/ SuccessFactors projects.
- Experience of using SAP SuccessFactors
- HR System Implementation Experience
- Process Automation tools
- Report writing skills.
- Strong problem-solving, numerical, and analytical skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- High level of organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Data management skills, with a high level of accuracy.
