About the Job:

As the HR Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the HR action, ensuring the smooth management of all employee processes, from recruitment and onboarding to exits. You'll be the go-to expert for ensuring compliance with GDPR, security clearance standards, and legal requirements, while also playing a pivotal role in HR transformation activities. If you enjoy tackling challenges and driving change, this role is for you!

Duties will include:

  • Managing all employee-related data and providing a dynamic HR back-office function
  • Producing insightful monthly and ad-hoc reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions
  • Leading recruitment activities and managing the Applicant Tracking System with flair
  • Ensuring new employees experience a seamless onboarding and meet CAA security clearance requirements
  • Taking charge of monthly payroll submissions and managing exciting employee benefits
  • Innovating HR process improvements and spearheading annual audits
  • Advising the business on all things HR and managing diverse HR-related projects
  • Overseeing the annual salary review process and maintaining accurate HR records

About the Successful Applicant:

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and an experienced HR Generalist with a solid grasp of UK employment law. They should have a knack for leading change initiatives and possess outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management. A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to manage complex projects is essential, along with maintaining confidentiality.
