We are hiring a person with an excellent telephone manner who can communicate on the phone with customers; you will be able to provide information and support while capturing information obtained on the in-house CRM system
Duties:
- Responding to customer requests
- Providing information related to pricing
- Collating data into the in-house system
- Reviewing customer information prior to contact
- Advising internally of any details that might need further support
- Providing an engaged and helpful telephone experience to all customers
This is an immediate start temping role working five days per week 9-5 pm in the office, the role is for 4 months.
