On behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Business Support Administrator to join a small, but supportive and friendly team on a temp to perm basis. Reporting to the Business Support Officer, The successful candidate will be energetic, forward thinking, great with people and have an upbeat personality. Due to the location of the role, a driver's license and access to your own vehicle will be essential.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide business support, data entry and administration to support the effective and efficient running of the company.
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, landlords and partners via phone and email.
- Manage spreadsheets and work effectively with databases and word processing systems.
- Maintain accurate records & have an eye for detail.
- Use time management and prioritising skills, to work to deadlines & meet targets.
Key Skills:
- Must have previous administration experience
