We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has a passion for success.

This role involves all aspects of 360 Recruitment, such as Business Development, Resourcing/Interviewing/screening Candidates. We are looking for someone who can also service and deliver existing PSL's in place with some of our key clients. There will be a number of existing clients to work with, this isn''t a cold desk but a warm one - but you must have an appetite for growth and be prepared to network and grow your client base.

Our key areas of expertise include; Admin & Call Centre, Sales, Industrial, Construction & Engineering and we are recruiting for a talented Recruitment Consultant to help us both service our existing clients and grow the business by building further opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone from a sales background or has some experience in recruitment and wants to develop this further in an environment that rewards success and nurtures individual talent.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within a B2B Recruitment environment
  • Recruitment delivery experience highly desirable
  • Excellent at Written and Verbal Communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Strong Account Management Skills
  • A Client centric approach to working
  • Coaching skills for more junior team members

You will be learning and developing skills in the following areas;

  • 360 recruitment delivery
  • Resourcing and selection of candidates
  • Delivery and service of existing PSL's in place
  • Management of all recruitment documentation including Registration forms, Candidate packs and job descriptions Right to Work documents
  • Utilising and working with our extensive database
  • Arranging interviews
  • Helping the job offer negotiations
  • Responding to applicant requests and keeping both candidates and clients updated on interviews and feedback
