We are urgently seeking a Site Manager to support a well-established school in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role ensuring the school's facilities are safe, secure, and well maintained.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the school site.
- Ensure health & safety compliance at all times.
- Supervise contractors and site staff.
- Perform minor repairs and general upkeep.
- Open and close the premises as required.
**Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school or facilities/site management role.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one immediately).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
