Your new role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of managing a diverse range of projects, including refurbishments, re-cladding, and new builds. These projects are complex and range in value from £10m to £20m. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of these high-profile projects.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar field.
  • Proven experience of estimating and producing tenders.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements.
  • Proficiency in take-offs and knowledge of contracts and variations.
  • Enjoys hands-on project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and seeks responsibility.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to be involved in all aspects of the project.
