FM Validation & Approval Administrator

The role: The Invoice Validation & Approval (V&A) Administration team are responsible for ensuring that all invoices are submitted by FM suppliers on to the CAFM system. You will be responsible for dealing promptly with any invoicing anomalies and queries and will support training of suppliers in the invoice submission process to reduce errors and ensure invoices are submitted accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the FM Support Team Manager and Head of FM in delivering a valued, timely and efficient invoice workflow process for the Property division.
  • Take lead role in delivering user training for Suppliers on invoice submission process.
  • To provide analysis on aged debt and supplier performance around invoice submission process
  • Working closely with the care homes to confirm work has been satisfactorily completed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience of invoice management and financial reporting processes
  • Experience of working within an FM or Property environment
  • Knowledge of workflow processes
