Newly created leadership opportunity in Finance Business Partnering
A new position has opened within a thriving Finance Department. We are seeking a Head of Finance Business Partnering, based in a central London location with flexible, hybrid working arrangements.
You'll be part of a high-performing finance team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance. This role includes working three days a week at the London office, collaborating with senior management and leading a team to provide essential business support and financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the finance business partnering team, providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making at an executive level.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders to tailor financial support according to business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering insights to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for the executive team, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and analyse financial performance metrics, identifying actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
- Collaborate across departments to support business initiatives and development.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with significant experience in commercial finance.
- Demonstrated experience leading a finance function, ideally within a similar sector.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business profitability.
- Strong track record of stakeholder management.
