MONDAY - THURSDAY : 07.45 - 16.30

FRIDAY: 07.45 - 15.00

£12.00 - £12.30 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for Store Person for our client based in Malvern.

You must have a Counterbalance FLT Licence for this role.

Day to Day Duties

Provide a quick, polite and helpful response to in-coming deliveries
Take receipt of, check, and book-in and allocate deliveries to stock; highlighting any discrepancies, errors or quality issues to the Purchasing team. File delivery note paperwork
Pick and deliver components for Production personnel as instructed; move stock to various production areas as required (including sheet metal)
Assist with stock-taking, liaising with Purchasing on any low stocks or slow-moving items
Make up spares (minor assembly work) for outbound customer orders, including label-printing
Pack / prepare goods to be despatched, including on-loading palleted goods and using courier software
Ensure Goods-in/Goods-out areas and yard are clean and tidy; components are maintained in an orderly, well-kept and accessible manner
Assist with any other reasonable tasks as requested, including facility maintenance, external and internal housekeeping and Production

Essential Skills

Must have current counter-balance FLT license and previous stores/warehouse experience
Presentable, polite, helpful and able to keep calm under stress
Excellent communication skills
A good level of physical strength and fitness is necessary to meet the requirements and demands of the role
Methodical, with attention to detail
Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a small team
Capable of working with Microsoft Office and other software
Maths and English GCSE grade C minimum (or equivalent)
