?? Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive passenger vehicles, ensuring the well-being of passengers.
- Contribute to effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Prepare for passenger carrying journeys, including managing special needs and difficult passengers.
- Operate passenger systems and services in accordance with procedures.
- Assist in emergencies and incidents during journeys.
- Contribute to Health & Safety in the work environment, assessing and mitigating risks.
- Record, store, and supply information using a combination of IT and manual systems.
?? Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to drive and confirm the road worthiness and cleanliness of vehicles.
- Experience in dealing with passengers with special needs.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities in emergencies or incidents.
- Awareness of Health & Safety risks in the work area.
- Good record-keeping and communication skills, including IT proficiency.
�? Required Experience/Qualifications/Training:
??Full Driving Licence with category D1 or PCV licence and a minimum of three years driving experience.
??Successful completion of a driving assessment.
??Willingness to train and achieve relevant qualifications such as MIDAS, First Aid, and Passenger Handling.
?? An updated CV showcasing your relevant employment history from the past 5 years.
?? References from the past 2 years, including email addresses and phone numbers. ??
?? Work Related Circumstances:
No smoking policy.
Physically able to handle lifting requirements.
Flexibility to work outside normal hours when needed.
