Position: Assembly Operative

Shifts: Multiple shifts available
Rate: Competitive pay rates starting at £14.24 per hour (PAYE), with overtime available at x1.5.
Are you a motivated individual with experience in production or assembly operations? Our client, an innovative global company specialising in mobility, is seeking Assembly Operatives to join their team near Goole. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fast-paced assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
- Assemble parts, semi-products, or components according to plan
- Use a limited number of specialised tools
- Conduct quality sight checks or checks on functionality
Qualities we seek:
- Motivated individuals who are target and quality driven
- Previous experience in a production operative, assembly operative, or shop floor position
- Good eye for detail
- Health and safety conscious
- Driven and motivated individuals
- Ability to build, develop, and maintain positive working relationships
- Please note that this position requires standing for extended periods of time
