We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Babraham who are recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Administrator on a temporary basis. The role will be fully office based and you will have experience working in a similar position.
Typical duties include:
- Accurately posting invoices to the system
- Ensuring all data is collected and stored accurately
- Producing payments for approval
- Managing the accounts inbox and dealing with queries
- Liaising with colleagues to solve any discrepancies
- Assisting with any other finance team requirements
You will have:
- Strong use of Excel
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
