About The Job:

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department and ensuring the smooth running of financial processes. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be key in maintaining accurate records and providing timely financial information.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day financial transactions, such as data entry, billing, and invoicing
  • Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions
  • Processing and keeping track of accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information

Requirements:
