Part time Finance Assistant |Temp to perm | £14.00 per hour | Salford
Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic and efficient Finance Assistant on a temp to perm basis in Salford. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in managing day to day transactional finance, for a growing manufacturing business.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and input card payment receipts
- Post and allocate customer receipts and supplier payments
- Reconcile aged debtors and creditors
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Raise purchase invoices
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
About you:
- Experience in a similar fast paced environment
- The ability to process data quickly & accurately.
- Use own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups.
- Analytical thinker with a good attention to detail.
