Description

  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures and reviewing, evaluating and implementing new procedures.
  • Assigning tasks to office staff and monitoring their performance.
  • Managing office staff, recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
  • Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Managing internal staff relations, vendor relationships and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
  • Preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • A creative mindset to problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
