What does a great Finance Manager -
Finance Commercial Reporting & insights in Commercial FP&A do?
This is a key finance role to provide insightful & timely reporting to both our external board of directors and our commercial organization. We are looking to improve our level of reporting to both of these key customers to ensure that drivers of the business are well understood and that performance can be optimized to achieve key organizational targets. This role will join us to drive the reimagining and production of a new reporting suite.
Responsibilities include:
- The design and production of commercial reporting to Board of directors and Commercial organization around performance as well as budgeting and forecasting.
- Design to ensure maximum insight in a concise and elegant manner due to the time restraints on our customers.
- Work with the business to ensure corporate scorecard are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
- Control the release of regional reporting through Power BI
- Work with corporate communication teams to provide any data for external presentation or question sessions.
- Production of our customer profitability report on a bi weekly basis.
- Production of SLT review performance review packs
- Production of summary analytics at monthend for board review.
- Potential management of a junior contractor to enable through put.
- Work across finance teams to ensure gain insights and understand the business drivers and numbers
Who we are looking for in this role:
- A curious self-starting individual who can drive value and mobilise teams working in a matrix environment.
- Strong presentational & reporting skills, preferably with FP&A experience.
- Able to effectively communicate complex issues to key stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to tailor their approach to deal with different people
- Strong user of excel, Powerpoint and PowerBI
- Fully Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA).
