Responsibilities of this Legal Secretary role include:
- Handling, managing and maintaining legal paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and data, both electronically and in hard copy
- Carry out legal research, audits and due diligence, as requested
- Prepare court documents with accuracy
- Transcribe legal documents precisely
- Travel, as requested, to ensure client and team coordination
Requirements for the role:
- Experience working as a Legal Secretary
- High proficiency in legal secretary duties
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent IT and typing skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage personal workload
