HR Assistant

£25,000 + Pension + Parking
If you are at the start of your career in Human Resources then this role for a HR Assistant within the educational sector may suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Reporting to the HR Manager and providing a high quality and effective HR administrative service
- Ensuring that all teaching posts are covered on a daily basis
- Managing calls from staff members calling in saying they are ill and arranging temporary cover
- Carrying out legally compliant employment checks and entering new starters on the system
- Maintaining staff records and ensuring all personal files contain accurate employment documentation
- Ensuring that health and safety requirements and other regulations including COSHH are adhered to
