Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 (DOE)

What will you be doing?

As a Maintenance Planner at Calor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in daily management meetings, representing your department and ensuring your voice is valued.
  • Reviewing and prioritizing the maintenance schedule for maximum efficiency.
  • Enforcing safety standards for maintenance and contractor teams.
  • Planning and optimizing resource use.
  • Ordering and managing plant materials, consumables, and spare parts.
  • Liaising with suppliers and ensuring daily task preparedness.
  • Assisting with site maintenance planning and creating long-term maintenance plans.
  • Managing the Work Order Extension process and ensuring compliance.
  • Developing maintenance plans for remote COMAH sites.
  • Maintaining CMMS SAP and capturing unplanned work orders.
  • Overseeing the HSB certification system and addressing inspection recommendations.
  • Tracking maintenance expenditure and assisting with engineering projects.
  • Supporting various audits and reviewing stock control of maintenance spares and consumables.
  • Ensuring adherence to modification processes as per Calor Specifications.

What we are looking for...

The must haves:

  • Experience of planning in a similar role.
  • UK Driving License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.

The good to haves:

  • SAP experience
  • IOSH Safety Qualification (or willing to attain).
  • Raising purchase orders and receipting.
  • Working in hazardous areas/COMAH sites is highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of COMAH, Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR), and Asset Integrity requirements.
