Digital Marketing Specialist

£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus
Hays Marketing Reading are pleased to be working with a local business that specialises in delivering a vast portfolio of outdoor events from music festivals and concerts to more bespoke events to private landowners.
The company is looking for a Digital Specialist with hands on experience directly managing PPC campaigns and budgets on Meta and Google platforms.
The role
- PPC advertising
- Platform integration
- Technical SEO
- Website optimisation
- Analytics reporting
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest PPC / SEM trends
- Building regular performance reports
- Conversion rate optimisation
The Candidate
- 2 years' hands-on experience directly managing PPC on Meta & Google
- Have previously managed paid media budgets
- Know Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics
- A great depth of knowledge when it comes to integrating online platforms to optimise workflows, reporting and analytics
- Be confident in analysing data to drive key marketing decisions, whether it's to understand the audience, or explore if your campaigns are delivering value
- Good copywriting skills
- Be highly organised in order to meet deadlines, whilst also being able to be reactive where required.
- PPC experience with TikTok, Spotify, Youtube
