Location - Hythe, Kent
Salary - £28k - £30k DOE + bonus

Responsibilities for the role of Telesales Executive
- Be proactive in selling products and services over the phone
- Talking to existing or potential customers about products and services
- Passing leads to the Regional Sales Managers
- Cross-selling and up-selling from service reports to new product replacement sales
- Use Salesforce to create accounts, contacts, opportunities and quotes
- Follow up on quotes sent to win the order
- Process orders on the internal sales system, updating changes as necessary
- Meet and exceed targets set monthly, quarterly and annually
- Contribute to building relationships with other areas of the business to support the overall business objectives
Skills and Experience for the Role of Telesales Executive
- Will be fluent in either French, Dutch or Italian to a good level
- Must have experience in working to KPI targets daily
- Must have an understanding, knowledge, and previous experience in telesales setting
- The ability to research geographical areas to enhance client onboarding is of paramount importance
- Must have exceptional telephone manners and a proven track record in customer service delivery
