Based on the outskirts of Bromley (towards Croydon), this exciting opportunity is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday availability would be of benefit too.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Preparing quotes and estimates
- Creating invoices and purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers regarding material prices and lead times
- Taking incoming customer queries
- Following up with prospective customers regarding quotes
- Updating customers with progress reports
- Meeting and greeting showroom visitors
- Updating computerised records
- Dealing with Goods In (must be physically fit)
What's required?
- Excellent customer service and people facing skills
- Amazing telephone skills
- An impeccable eye for detail
- A proven ability to multi-task - it's a small team environment, meaning that if you have a 'that's not in my job description' attitude, you might want to apply for something else.
- Experience gained from a retail trade supplier environment (preferably flooring)
- Experience of managing your own workload
- A smile - even on the most challenging of days
