Technical Administrator
- Annual Salary: Up to £28,000

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Administrator to join our client in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will handle various sales enquiries, both UK and Export, including preparing project offers/quotations and supporting documentation. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and business objectives are achieved.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct full system design and detailed quantifying using Excel and in-house IFS software.
- Estimate complete working systems and review margins.
- Occasionally conduct site surveys, which may require overnight stays.
- Take ownership of completing formal tenders from clients and present offers.
- Present margin summaries and technical project information to colleagues.
- Engage in research work, including phone calls and emails.
- Prepare technical submission documents for projects.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote high working standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in communication and liaising with clients, contractors, internal teams, and other trades.
- Ability to complete tasks independently and manage own workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the company's products and IT management system.
