The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable PPA Teacher to work across primary-age classes. The role involves covering lessons throughout the week, following the class teachers' plans, and providing feedback on pupil progress. An engaging teaching style and strong behaviour management skills are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Cover lessons for primary-age classes across the week.
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with teacher plans.
- Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress and engagement.
- Foster a positive and safe learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team.
Essential Criteria
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with students who have SEND.
- Previous experience teaching primary-age pupils.
Desirable Criteria
- SEND qualification.
- Experience working with students with PMLD.
