What you'll do:
- Responsible for hardware testing and producing test reports
- Maintain and develop automation test tools to improve overall test efficiency.
- Support the Design and Development teams with product testing and evaluation and recommending further investigation if required.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in using test and validation methodology and scripts to test hardware and/or systems/platforms (essential)
- Use of CLI tools on Linux (ping / iperf ), editing simple scripts for automation. (essential)
- Some knowledge of Wi-Fi. 802.11 (MAC, channels, rates, MIMO, WPS) (essential)
- UK driver's license and own car to commute to test houses. (essential)
- Knowledge of automation tools to automate report generation (CSV to graphs to PowerPoint) (Power BI, Grafana, Advanced Excel)
- Some programming knowledge.
- Experience in summarizing technical information with varying levels of detail, depending on audience (Non-essential)
