Job Title: Commercial Manager – Sales

Location: Greater Manchester Area

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 + Quarterly OTE (approx. £10K annually)

Type: Full-time/Permanent

This is an area role where you'll be expected to visit customers/scope your area. When you're not with customers/out in the area, you can work from home or the companies We-Work space in Manchester City Centre.

Due to expansion of their team, we are supporting their search for a Commercial Sales Manager to manage their Greater Manchester region.

This is a fantastic opportunity within our business for a highly self-motivated and results-driven individual to join their already successful team. Your job will be to drive the commercial sales and service growth of their range of services to customers and clients across your region.

Duties:

  • Researching, prospecting, building and maintaining your opportunity pipeline
  • Taking ownership to identify and prospect new business opportunities for car parks through qualifying leads/self-generation using online reviews, site and market research methods to generate opportunities for new businesses acquisitions
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify actions to boost revenue of car parks within your portfolio. This will include supporting sites with visits and sales/marketing campaigns
  • Support internal sales/marketing campaigns to proactively identify areas of improvement
  • Developing, assisting and delivering commercial business plans to support successful onboarding of acquisitions, support ongoing growth potential
  • Providing weekly commercial reports for the SMT to review in conjunction with the BDM team.
  • Administration on their internal CRM

About you!

  • Must have experience within car-parking or facilities management industry
  • End to end sales experience from qualifying leads, pipeline conversion, acquisition onboarding and creating commercial development plans
  • Two-years demonstrated experience within the above
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, able to influence at all levels
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, ability to analyse data trends and provide recommendations
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Power BI or Google Ad Worlds would be advantageous
  • Due to the travel requirements you must have the ability to travel via car – driving license is required
