A great opportunity for an experienced Network specialist, who is well-versed in maintenance, troubleshooting, and all aspects of support of a network environment!
Drawing upon your technical skills and your people skills, as you'll be supporting end users first hand across the organisation!
The role:
- Maintain and monitor the networks performance
- Highlight and implement any improvements
- Provide technical support for all users
- Prioritise system security, performance, and availability
- Diagnose issues across the network, servers, hardware, and software
- Implement robust security measure
- Configure and deploy IT systems and install software
- Carry out project work and collaborate with other colleagues
- Work with the IT Manager to create yearly budgets and costings
- Role is mainly site based
Experience required to succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years' working in a Network focused role
- Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues
- Strong understanding of the infrastructure and network environment
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Be a self-starter who can prioritise your workload effectively
