A fabulous new role has come in for an Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years administration experience to join a small, boutique commercial property company based in North West London.

A newly created role, you will be working closely with the wider team assisting with administration support. The team is small, friendly and very supportive - there will be plenty of opportunity for you to learn and progress as the role evolves over time.

Duties include:

  • Administrative support to a small team
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing to relevant individuals
  • Dealing with incoming emails and correspondence
  • Updating in-house software system
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying
