Description
As Investment Administrator, you will be part of a small, close knit team and be responsible for:
- Working closely and supporting Financial Planners and clients
- Preparing and processing all new client documentation and amendments
- Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash from other institutions
- ISA subscriptions and transfers
- Payment processing activity and ongoing fee processing and monitoring relating to new and existing clients within agreed SLAs
- Ensuring all client records and reviewed are recorded correctly on the system
Profile
As Investment Administrator, you must have:
- Experience ideally in a financial services administration role
- Wealth management background would be preferable but not essential
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service mindset
