Assist the Operations Manager in delivering exceptional events, managing exhibitor communications, and maintaining event plans. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders and onsite event support. This role has an immediate start!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support event planning and onsite execution
- Update and manage exhibition floorplans
- Communicate with exhibitors and manage relationships
- Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Implement Health & Safety standards
Key Skills:
- Strong planning and organastional skills
- Confident communicator and team player
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
