A fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst to join a growing company in Brentwood

This is a great opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst, who is at the start of their career to really build their technical knowledge within IT support.

You will provide deskside and remote support to multiple users, across sites within the UK.

Please note, there will be very occasional travel to Thurrock so candidates must be able to drive/have their own vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1st line/ 2nd line IT support to users either deskside or remotely, responding to basic service issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and some network issues
  • New user account and system set-up's
  • Installing and maintaining IT systems, Hardware, Software, Printers and Scanners

Preferred Technical skills:

  • Previous experience within a Technical Support role (ideally 1 – 2 years)
  • Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, telephone systems etc.
  • Experience working within a Microsoft / Windows environment
  • Any experience with MacOS, iPad or iOS
