This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the City's leading independent estate agency that has a network of five offices providing an exceptional service to their clients and customers. Key responsibilities:
- Registering new applicants on their CRM (Reapit) & dealing with customer enquiries
- Booking and conducting accompanied tours and viewings
- Following up on enquiries and building relationship with applicants
- Maintaining and update their database, keeping records on applicants and ensuring feedback is recorded on the CRM
- Achieving sales agreed/exchanges targets
- Negotiating offers between vendors and applicants
- Negotiating sales offers under the direction of the Sales Director
- Ensuring Proof of Identity and Address is obtained from buyers as part of the company's AML procedures
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients and customers
- Requesting testimonials from buyers and sellers
- Gaining valuations and looking after potential vendors to actively promote the company brand
- Distributing marketing material and assisting with canvassing.
Requirements and skills:
- A passion for property
- Previous central London agency/property experience essential
- Good legal understanding
- Good local knowledge would be helpful
- Must be driven and customer service orientated
- Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Smart and well presented at all times

Position:
- Senior Sales Negotiator with 2 - 4 years' experience in residential agency.
A guaranteed salary will be provided for the first four months. Thereafter, you will be paid a basic salary of c. £28,000 and realistic on-target earnings will be in the region of £60,000. The personal commission package starts at 10% and rises to 15% when exceeding threshold targets.
The working rota includes every third Saturday when the hours are 10.00am to 2.00pm. When you work a Saturday, you also get time off in lieu. No car is needed as most appointments can be reached on foot.
