D365AX/F&O Support Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled D365AX/F&O Support Consultant to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (AX). This role involves troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the system to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for D365 Finance & Operations (AX) users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in D365 F&O, including modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify and resolve system issues.
- Assist in system upgrades, updates, and patch management.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of support processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective system usage.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and prioritize issues requiring code changes or enhancements.
- Participate in testing and validation of system changes and new functionalities.
This will be a fully remote position.
