Property Manager - North East England (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading Residential Block Management company on a permanent basis. You will manage a portfolio of 30 developments comprising 925 units, predominantly RMC clients, requiring regular interaction with Directors and attendance at AGMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and residents
- Conduct regular site inspections and oversee onsite works
- Manage contractor appointments and tender processes
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets
- Lead Section 20 consultation processes
- Attend and minute AGMs and Directors' meetings
- Provide support to the wider Property Management team, sharing best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in leasehold property management
- ATPI qualified
- Strong understanding of leasehold legislation, service charge budgeting, and compliance
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Salary & Benefits:
- £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Fully remote role with travel to client sites as needed
