An exciting new oppertunity to work in a well respected, well established law firm in the city. You would be working alongside the HR manager on a part time basis which would be two days in the office a week. This is an amazing oppertunity for someone who has just started their career in HR and looking for a new challenge.

Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle specifically:

Recruitment end to end process - logging cvs onto the CV Tracker, arranging interviews.

Maintaining the HR database ensuring data integrity and accuracy of employee information.

Pre & Onboarding / Off Boarding arrangements including co-ordinating with IT regarding new starter requirements.

Liaising with recruitment agencies.

Drafting or updating job descriptions, vetting all candidates, including Right to Work and DBS checks and reference checks', first day letters, exit letters.

Liaise with internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties.

Supporting the HR Director with employee queries.

Collating and reporting on HR management information.

Updating the current benefit plans with new changes; liaising with the providers.

Updating policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR Director.

Daily HR administration ie: liaising with Reception and HoD to advise of daily absences.
